The location of the hotel was great, easily accessible to the mall, nearby markets, beach & there were plenty of dining options around. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean (just as in the pictures). The staff at the hotel were very polite & welcoming. Special mention to Didik & Citra for the impeccable housekeeping; to Sagika from the SPA who gave me one of the best balinese massage & to Mirna from the restaurant (breakfast). Mirna was such a sweet girl, she ensured that we were comfortable and enjoying our breakfast. She helped in making our stay in Bali an unforgettable one. Her name always comes to our mind when we think about Bali.

Stay 3 nights with my family: Fantastic location across Kuta Beach and next to Beach walk shopping mall. Friendly and smily staff, always willing to help. Spacious room with a bath tub, comfortable bed and clean with view to Kuta Beach. Nice bar and swimming pool also overlooking the Kuta Beach. Breakfasts: This time was very disappointing, not fresh ( stale) , tasteless and lack of creativity. Omelette was watery, chewy roasted potatoes and my latte was room temperature. The next morning I requested for my latte to be extra hot but still they couldn't brew it as requested. This was my 4th stay, so you need to step up your standard Sheraton Kuta.

Staff at the Hotel were the best i have experienced anywhere from my extensive travelling all around the world. Very polite and attentive from the moment we arrived to the second we departed. The food experience and the range of food was the best i have ever experienced. All food was expertly prepared and tasted delicious.

Excellent hotel resort with great location, closed to Everything, with direct excess to very big shopping center Beachwalk. Very nice rooftop area with pool, restaurant. We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was so great and took care of our every need. Every one we met were very very sweet and helpful, especially Elis, Endra and Nata from the Social Dining restaurant were very helpful. The Breakfast was outstanding. The rooftop pool and lounge had beautiful views. Our beachfront suite was excellent. We definitely will be back.

Beautiful room as to be expected from the Sheraton. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom made our stay feel very luxe. We booked the Sheraton for our final night before flying out at 10pm so that we could enjoy the facilities for the day. It worked out perfectly as we could have a delicious breakfast and lunch at the in hotel restaurant and hang out with some drinks by the pool for the day. It was especially helpful that they let you use the shower room even after check out. We got drenched in an afternoon downpour after checking out and it was extremely fortunate and helpful that we could use the shower room afterward. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved this stay, the best in bali, absolute perfection, we booked a normal room that was lovely but later on upgraded to a suite as we wanted to stay longer but the standard rooms were fully booked, this hotel is in a perfect location, integrated to the shopping mall with all big brand shops and restaurants within private walking entrance in and out. Made us fall in love with bali

Hotel is immaculate ~ inside and out. Staff I met especially are incredibly well mannered and extremely kind. Helpful and hospitable. Thankfully, I was able to change rooms for a specific view I wanted (within my range) with ease. Lots of comfortable communal areas for lounging and having a drink. Location is incredible just across the road from the beach and next to a modern shopping mall that has a grocery store downstairs. Restaurants galore all within walking distance. Kuta beach you could walk the entire length of and onto other beaches. Basic promenade with food/drink/chair sellers along beach if you don't fancy sandy feet. No mosquitos!
