Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort

Stay 3 nights with my family: Fantastic location across Kuta Beach and next to Beach walk shopping mall. Friendly and smily staff, always willing to help. Spacious room with a bath tub, comfortable bed and clean with view to Kuta Beach. Nice bar and swimming pool also overlooking the Kuta Beach. Breakfasts: This time was very disappointing, not fresh ( stale) , tasteless and lack of creativity. Omelette was watery, chewy roasted potatoes and my latte was room temperature. The next morning I requested for my latte to be extra hot but still they couldn't brew it as requested. This was my 4th stay, so you need to step up your standard Sheraton Kuta.

Premises felt very secure with security at mall entrance as well as car park and lobby entrance. Stunning hotel overall and rooms were spacious and clean. We used laundry service and were exceptionally pleased with this service. Staff were always so kind and greeted us with smiles at any given time of day or night. They were so helpful with any queries we had and very accommodating to our group of 6. Shout out to the beautiful staff we met- Anil, Freddy, Elise, Jody and Nata. There were so many more but unfortunately we didn't catch everyone's names. From reception, bar, restaurant, service, chefs, housekeeping, security and all other staff in between, thank you for making our stay such a memorable one! We definitely will be back.

Great location opposite to Kuta beach and right beside a nice mall, rooms were spacious and staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was always great featuring multiple cuisines daily, many thanks for Anna and Andika for their help and hospitality, they managed to help us choosing specific stuff in the breakfast that are suitable for my allergy and my son (gluten allergy), thanks also for Rahde in the reception for his nice welcome and inspiring information about destinations and attractions in Bali, will definitely make it aging to Sheraton Kuta in our next visit to Bali, “five stars ⭐️ “

Excellent hotel resort with great location, closed to Everything, with direct excess to very big shopping center Beachwalk. Very nice rooftop area with pool, restaurant. We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was so great and took care of our every need. Every one we met were very very sweet and helpful, especially Elis, Endra and Nata from the Social Dining restaurant were very helpful. The Breakfast was outstanding. The rooftop pool and lounge had beautiful views. Our beachfront suite was excellent. We definitely will be back.

Everything about the resort made our stay unforgettable! The location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from the beach and right next to Beachwalk Mall, which made exploring and shopping super easy. The ocean view from the pool is breathtaking, especially at sunset! The breakfast buffet was rich with options, and the staff were always smiling, kind, and went out of their way to make us feel special. Truly felt like a honeymoon dream!
